Challenge
Rally Point is building a hybrid facility in Orlando where premium pickleball meets a full entrepreneurship incubation hub. The offering spans coworking space, private offices, conference rooms, a content studio, three accelerator programs, an inner-circle mentorship group, tournaments, sponsorship tiers, and multiple membership levels. None of this existed digitally. Members had no way to discover programs or evaluate fit. The team could not manage memberships, coordinate events, or route prospective founders to the right track. Everything lived in spreadsheets and conversations.
Strategy
We built a full-stack platform that brings every pillar of Rally Point online: Incubation, Innovation, and Inspiration. The backend spans 10 domain modules (Auth, Assessment, Blog, Content, Groups, Metrics, Programs, Sponsorship, Tournaments, Users) across 17 database tables with role-based permissions, program enrollment, membership tiers with Stripe integration fields, tournament management, and assessment versioning. Members and prospects can explore accelerator tracks, take a guided assessment to find their fit, evaluate membership tiers, review sponsorship packages, and register for tournaments. A blog CMS gives the team a content channel. The frontend is a Nuxt 3 application on S3 and CloudFront, backed by NestJS with PostgreSQL on AWS Lambda, provisioned through Terraform in a Turborepo monorepo.

Outcome
Rally Point now has a digital platform that matches the scale of their physical vision. Prospective members self-serve through discovery, assessment, and membership exploration without waiting on a human. The team manages programs, content, tournaments, and sponsorships from a single admin panel. The infrastructure is built to grow alongside the community as court booking, room reservations, and member dashboards come online.
