Challenge
Big O's Island Vybz is a family-owned Jamaican restaurant in Pompano Beach, Florida, known for jerk chicken, oxtail, and curry goat. They had no website. Customers could not view the menu, check hours, or find the location online. The restaurant was growing entirely through word of mouth with no way to reach new customers digitally.
Strategy
We built a site that puts the menu and the family's story front and center. The full menu is organized by category with pricing. High-quality food photography drives appetite. A live "Today" hours indicator, click-to-call, and embedded Google Maps make the practical information immediately accessible. The dark-themed design uses gold, red, and green Jamaican accents to match the restaurant's personality. Built with Nuxt 3, deployed to S3 and CloudFront, with Resend handling email.

Big O's Island Vybz now has a digital presence that works around the clock. Customers can browse the full menu, find the restaurant, and call to order from any device. The site gives the business a branded home it controls, independent of social media or third-party listing pages.
