Challenge
Tophill Networks installs and manages fiber optic infrastructure across South Florida. Their previous website was a static placeholder that did not communicate the scope of their services, introduce their engineering team, or give prospects a reason to reach out. For a company selling reliability, their digital presence was the weakest signal in the room.
Strategy
We built a full-stack platform the team operates independently. The admin dashboard handles blog publishing, service page editing, team profiles, testimonials, and dynamic site content. Role-based access control keeps publishing workflows clean. The frontend is a Next.js 14 application with App Router deployed to S3 and CloudFront, backed by a NestJS service with PostgreSQL on AWS Lambda. All infrastructure is provisioned through Terraform modules for S3, CloudFront, ACM certificates, and Route 53 DNS.

Outcome
Tophill Networks now publishes blog posts, updates service pages, and manages team profiles without touching code or waiting on an agency. The site positions their engineering team and services clearly enough that prospects arrive to sales calls already informed.
