Challenge
Your Greek Cousin is a family-owned Mediterranean restaurant in West Palm Beach with a loyal local following. Their existing website was outdated, failed to represent the restaurant's identity, and offered no tools for managing menus, catering requests, or staff. The business was running digital operations manually or not at all.
Strategy
We built a full-stack platform the client owns and operates on their own infrastructure. The system includes a complete admin dashboard for menu management with categories and items, catering package configuration, staff directory, hours of operation, and contact form handling. GetSauce and ezCater integrations connect their digital ordering channels directly. The frontend is a Nuxt 3 application deployed to AWS S3 and CloudFront, backed by a NestJS service with PostgreSQL on AWS Lambda. The entire stack runs in a Turborepo monorepo with Terraform provisioning and GitHub Actions CI/CD.
